Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of bCard Link, operated by Studio 7. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use bCard Link in accordance with these Terms and any commercial offer or order that applies to your subscription.
1. The service
bCard Link provides digital identity/profile, sharing, QR/NFC, Business/Teams and Events tools. Features available to you depend on the product, entitlement, licence and role assigned to your account.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may use supported third-party authentication, including Google Sign-In, where available.
3. Personal, Business/Teams and Events
These are separate product contexts. A company may manage only company-provisioned employee profiles and related company content within its permissions. User-owned Personal data remains separate. Event-only profiles and private attendee networking do not become Personal or company-owned data.
4. Your content and public sharing
You remain responsible for content and contact information you add to bCard Link and for having the right to publish or share it. Information marked or configured as public may be visible to anyone who opens the relevant bCard Link, QR code, NFC destination or Event page.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use bCard Link to impersonate others, distribute unlawful or malicious content, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.
6. Orders, subscriptions and physical products
Public order forms are requests for an offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices, licence periods, quantities, provisioning and physical NFC products are governed by the confirmed offer/order applicable to that customer. Submitting an inquiry by itself does not create automatic payment, licence activation or provisioning.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep bCard Link available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may update, improve, suspend or retire features when needed for security, legal compliance or product development while respecting active commercial obligations.
8. Intellectual property
bCard Link software, branding, interface and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to users. Users retain responsibility and applicable rights for content they upload.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated for material misuse, security risks, legal requirements or expiry/termination of the applicable licence. Product-specific ownership and data-separation rules continue to apply when company access or benefits end.
