The company manages only company-managed business profiles. An employee’s Personal profile remains separate.

Business administration gives the company visibility into its business profile usage without mixing in private Personal data.

The physical card is an add-on, not a licence.

Can Business be used for one person?
Business starts at 2 active business profiles. Personal is intended for one person.
When does the volume discount start?
The standard price applies to 2–4 active profiles. Volume pricing starts at 5 active Business profiles.
What if we add an employee later?
Additional capacity can be contracted during the year and prorated to the company’s shared renewal date.
Is NFC required?
No. Link and QR work without a physical card. A personalized NFC card is optional and purchased separately.
Does the company get access to an employee’s private profile?
No. The employee’s Personal profile and private data remain separate from the company-managed Business profile.
